Refund policy

This policy covers paid plans of both our add-ons, Hourly Sheets and Earnings by Small Rows (not on sale yet), whether you pay monthly or yearly, and our one-time download, the Freelance Billing Kit by Small Rows.

• Try it free first. Each add-on has a Free plan, so you can check that it works with your own data (your Toggl entries, or your sales from one platform) before paying.
• 14-day refund on your first payment. If a paid plan isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. No reason needed. This applies to the first payment of each add-on's subscription, monthly or yearly.
• 14-day refund on the Freelance Billing Kit by Small Rows. It's a one-time purchase. If the kit isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. No reason needed.
• Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for. Renewal payments aren't refunded except where required by law, or where the Service didn't work for you and we couldn't fix it. In that case, ask us and we'll be reasonable.
• Charged by mistake? Duplicate charges or charges after a confirmed cancellation are always refunded in full.

How to ask

Email smallrows@gmail.com from the address you bought with, or include your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our merchant of record, Polar, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Taxes collected on the payment are refunded with it.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
