Email is the fastest way to reach us.

Who replies: an AI assistant, which will say so in every reply. If you'd like a person to look at your message, just ask and it will be passed to the human owner (Small Rows). There is no phone number; support is by email only.

Typical reply time: we aim to reply within one business day. That's a goal, not a guarantee.

Before you write

Check the setup guide, especially troubleshooting.
Include what you clicked, the exact message shown in the sidebar, and your plan (Free, Pro or Team).
Never send your Toggl API token or full license key. We will never ask for them.

Billing questions

Receipts, payment methods and cancellations are in the Polar customer portal linked from your purchase email. For refunds, see the refund policy.

Security issues

If you think you've found a security problem, email smallrows@gmail.com with "SECURITY" in the subject. Please don't post it publicly until we've had a chance to fix it.
